Values
-Sustainability- we strive to create change in an industry that is heavy on waste. We vow to do our part to encourage eco changes where possible.
-Rest and Balance- In order to foster a culture of rest, self-care, and work life balance, we do not take Saturday events. This allows us to give space of rest to our staff, vendors, and contractors. We want everyone to be able to find balance in their lives and find sustainability in their jobs. We believe this also allows us to be our most creative selves.
-Communication- we value open and honest communication. We make sure to explain all our fees, values, and plans up front so you can make the best possible decisions for you and your needs.
